Statement on NIU tragedy
Bill Foster offers his condolences to the victims and their families of Thursday's shooting at Northern Illinois University.
"I join the students, staff, faculty and families of the victims at Northern Illinois University in mourning their losses today," Bill Foster said. "Senseless tragedy such as yesterday's event is horrific and beyond comprehension. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims, their families and friends, the university and the community."
